But when you’re in a particularly bad spot or feeling defeated, take a step back and remember all that you have accomplished, think of the beautiful family you have created and all the things you’ve done for them.

It’s Okay To Say No

It’s hard to not people please sometimes, it’s often easier to say yes than it is to say no.

If they care about you, then they’ll understand that you need a break or are too busy to do the favors they ask of you. Your mental health always comes first.

Be Present

It is easy to get caught in the expectations of being a mom, so you feel like you need to do all the chores, errands and appointments as soon as possible to avoid disappointing your family, your mind can get stuck on this and become clouded and disjointed.

Everyone demands your attention and the pressure and expectations build and build and you become increasingly stressed and overwhelmed, this is the perfect time to step back and remind yourself of what’s really important.
